Abruzzo, Italy Trebbiano & Malvasia A lovely orange wine with aromas of flowers, tropical fruit, candied citrus, and herbs. Soft, fresh, with a slightly bitter, persistent finish. Hand-harvested grapes are de- stemmed and pressed, then spontaneously fermented in stainless steel using only indigenous yeasts. After 26 days of maceration, the color and aromas typical of the Trebbiano d’Abruzzo wine being to appear. No filtration, just a simple decantation before bottling.
