Assuli dry Zibibbo is an organic aromatic white wine of Sicily. It is fresh and smooth, with intense and persistent aromas of peach and Sicilian citrus. It shows a very pleasant balance between salinity and minerality.
Moscato d’Alessandria is originally from Egypt, and was introduced as “zibibbo” in Pantelleria, where almost all of the national production is still grown. Zibibbo derives from the arab word “Z’bib” which means raisins (dry grape). It is one of the most aromatic grapes of the world.
An excellent pairing with fish courses, smoked fish and fried fish and gourmet salads.
