"The 2024 Montònega Ancestral is 100% Parellada from the Montmell Mountains in Penedès. It was aged four months under the ancestral method. With a modest varietal aromatic profile and a light citrus note, the palate is bright and delicate with rustic bubbles, lively freshness and low alcohol (10.5%).
