A blend of 85% Nebbiolo and 15% Barbera, this has aromas of exotic spice, blue flower and a whiff of toasted nut. It's firm and austere, offering suggestions of dried cherry, orange zest and licorice alongside tightly knit, close-grained tannins. Bright acidity keeps it energized. Drink after 2022.
