Aged in barrels, foudres and concrete tank, this dark garnet wine offers currant and sweet bread notes along with hints of violet and plum, all soaring over a pyrazine layer. Dry and edgy due to its reactive tannins, it lingers long with a firm and tasty finish. This is an exotic yet delicious take on Cabernet.
