Delightful nose of pink grapefruit, passion fruit and exotic flowers. Very cool and elegant in spite of the ample ripeness, with a compact core of fine tannins and minerality. Silky acidity at the finish pulls you back for more. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification.

The 2021 Riesling Cuvée Théo is harvested in the granitic sand of the Clos des Capucins. There is a slight reduction and a subtle scent, but swirling reveals a touch of orange peel. The palate has the taut, bright citrus wonder we know. A light-bodied, vivid and dry Riesling shining with ripe lemon and subtle tangerine. The finish is bone-dry with a zesty finish.
