The Hayotzer Virtuoso Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep crimson wine with a characteristic aroma of blueberries. It is made from grapes that were planted in Moshav Dishon in the Upper Galilee region of Israel. The grapes were harvested at night and soaked for a week before being fermented at a controlled temperature. The wine remained with the skins for about 20 days. The wine was aged for nine months at the end of fermentation and infusion.
