Kishor's GSM is a traditional Rhône blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre fermented individually in stainless steel, then transferred, again separately to oak barrels for 10 months. Once blended, the resultant wine is aged fro a further 6 months. The GSM pours a deep reddish purple in the glass. A couple of swirls release a lovely bouquet of red fruit and spice. This wine is medium-bodied with supple tannins and a long, complex finish.
