Tsurunoe - Aizu Chujo Junmai Ginjo Yuri (720ml)
This sake is brewed by Yuri Hayashi and her mother Keiko – only a handful of women are allowed to make sake. They use a proprietary yeast that has been passed down since the 1700s.
Fresh, subtle aromas of brioche, cucumber, white pepper, lychee and honeysuckle. The flavors are dry, with notes of crisp pear, lychee, banana and soft minerality in the finish.
