Fermented with proprietary yeast in stainless steel tanks using deep well water
Distilled twice using traditional copper pot stills
Aged for an average of 6 months in ex–bourbon barrels
Oxygenated in steel tanks before bottling
Chlorophyll, white pepper, broccoli, honeysuckle, lemon thyme, cracked peppercorns, mango peel, crème brulee, and powdered baking spices—dry cumin, cinnamon, and nutmeg—with a mineral backbone reminiscent of a granite quarry or a stonecutter’s wheel rolled in dessert
