Holmes Cay’s curation of limited, small batch rums continues with this special cask-finished blend of pot and column-distilled rums from the legendary Foursquare Rum Distillery. Initially aged for eight years in ex-bourbon casks in Barbados, the rum was transferred to second-fill port casks in New York for an additional eighteen months of aging, resulting in a harmonious marriage of dried red fruit and baking spice.
