The palate has the same wonderful fruit and brightness from the nose. Blackberry, Bischoff cookies, and honeysuckle. The oak is integrated nicely as it amplifies the sweet and slightly herbal notes. The finish is long! Honeydew, pipe tobacco and black tea linger for minutes after the sip. Rich and delicious this pour closes out with a bang!
