This bottle of Fen Chiew is aged for 20 years in its cellar, and it is a representative of light fragrance Baijiu. Fen Chiew 20 Years is bottled in a clay porcelain that has microscopic pores, which allows the spirit to “breath”. This breathing process is actually a chemical reaction between oxygen and alcohol. Even though you can’t turn a 20 years Fen Chiew into a 30 years Fen Chiew, the quality of this spirit will improve while it sits. After a year, this spirit will have more complex aroma, smoother structure, and longer aftertaste.
