This wonderful wine is grown in a historically very exciting place. Savigny-les-Beaune is located in a narrow valley. This valley was strategically used by the Romans as a trade route and at the time contributed to considerable prosperity in the region.
When tasting on site, this wine was particularly fine, harmonious, at the same time lively and soft. The wine, which comes exclusively from old vines, shows lemon notes in the first nose, then roasting and brioche notes. On the palate, it unfolds as fresh, mineral and balanced citrus notes.
