Amber colored co-ferment of equal parts Viognier, Verdejo and Sauv Blanc. All grapes are harvested from family managed vineyards, at 1000m elevation above sea level. High elevation, cool climate, and near constant breeze aid the biodynamic grape-growing practices, allowing the entire winemaking process to be 0-0, no additives or sulfur, using native yeasts -- a rarity from this region of Spain.
The grapes are macerated for 3 MONTHS in Amphora, giving it this rich hue and fine tannins. Truly an incredibly valued wine from an uncommon region to see natural winemaking. Sure to please all orange wine lovers
