Organic and biodynamically-farmed fruit from three different sites in Santa Barbara was fermented mostly whole cluster and aged in neutral French oak to produce a wine with pleasantly juicy red fruit flavors, a crunchy green undertone, and enough tannic structure to make it complete. Wow!
The final blend is 55% Grenache, 25% Syrah, and 20% Mourvèdre - it is about 80% whole cluster in total. Red punch & fresh white cherries with a little structure to make it complete
