This is a fairly new Domaine, founded by the daughter of one of the most influential characters of Menetou-Salon - Bernard Clement.
Menetou is a small region just south of the more famous Sancerre where production is focused mainly on minerally Sauvignon Blanc.
Stunning Sauvignon Blanc that has plenty of bright fruit, gentle sweetness and wonderful, racy mineral concentration to finish.
Pale gold robe with green hints. Open, made of ripe grapefruit and lemon, enhanced by delicate notes of flower (linden tree and mimosa) and spicy notes of white pepper. Well balanced, fresh, pure and elegant mouth, leading to a nice roundness. Citrus accents mingled with exotic fruits (mango, passion fruit). Fresh coated finish with plumped long lasting taste.
