Made from 100% grapes of Verdicchio Matelica this wine has a remarkable structure and is distinguished by its longevity during which gradually discovers his own qualities. It has typical aromas along with a typical slightly bitter taste that recalls almond. Crushed stone gives way to nuances of white pepper mixed with vanilla bean and, finally, peach sorbet. It’s silky-smooth with a burst of inner sweetness up front that’s quickly quelled by the onset of saline minerals and savory spice.
