Pale yellow with a hints of green. Nose of apple and grape with a burst of freshness. Palate has strong perfume of yellow fruits such as apricot, peach and pear from the tannins with hints of citrus.
Bourgogne Aligoté is a fresh white wine best served as an aperitif mixed with a 'crème de cassis' otherwise known as a 'Kir'.
