Carnivor is a label owned by E. & J. Gallo Winery, established in 1933 by the Gallo brothers, Ernest and Julio. It is produced from very ripe grapes from Lodi, California.
This wine is smooth, rich, and full bodied with a bold structure. On the plush palate you'll enjoy flavors of blackberry, dark plum, vanilla, brown sugar, coffee, mocha, and toasted oak. It is aged in bourbon barrels for 2 months to create a silky, slightly sweet finish.
