Vinous - "The 2021 Le Dragon de Quintus has much more to offer than the Troisieme Vin, with baking spices and Provencal herbs infusing the open red fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins, a light-framed but fresh Saint-Emilion, delivering a dab of black pepper on the short finish. Fine.

Medium-bodied, round and nicely spiced with powdery tannins. Juicy ripe-cherry notes with some sweet spice. Pretty. Firm tannins in the center-palate. 82.7% merlot, 14.5% cabernet franc and 2.8% malbec.
