50% Carignan, 40% Syrah, 10% Grenache
Notes of wild herbs and violets, dark, lusty plums, blackberries, cassis, and black pepper. Excellent, dry, supple everyday red!
The Carignan goes through a full carbonic maceration. The Grenache and Syrah are destemmed and macerate 30 days with two remontages a day. The wine ferments and ages in concrete tanks until bottling.
