Slightly sparkling white wine. The most typical wines of their territory obtained from the pressing of the grapes that were traditionally grown on their hills. It has a straw yellow color. From the characteristic fruity and delicately fresh scent that are felt at the end of the fermentation, combined with the characteristic hint of "bread crust" that is felt at the end of fermentation, they pass over time to increasingly complex aromas derived from aging on the lees.
In the mouth, as in the nose, at the beginning there are fruity flavors combined with delicate hints of yeast. Then more complexity. Soft and harmonious with a strong character.
