Dalton - Nadav Single Vineyard 2021 (750ml)
Tucked behind Dalton Mountain is Kerem Nadav, surrounded by the wild reserve of Birkat Kash. Two varieties – Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot – grow together in this single vineyard rooted on heavy Basalt soil and continue to ferment together creating a unique expression of place. Very powerful in tone. Immersed aromas of tobacco, black plum, cherries and a very delicate florality that is well felt even in the sip. The wine is soft and mineral, with tannins that will allow the wine to mature.
