These grapes are from the Château’s own parcels, and after being vinified are aged in oak barrels for 15 months. This wine comes from 2 parcels in Chassagne-Montrachet, with an average age of 35 years. Rich and round, with delicate apple and pear notes along with some excellent underlying minerality.
