The vinification process begins with destemming, where 100% of the grapes are destemmed before fermentation. The fermentation takes place over a period of 18 days in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks, utilizing minimal punching down and some pumping over to ensure optimal extraction. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes maturation for 10 to 12 months in tanks, allowing it to develop its character and complexity. This wine is fruity with plenty of finesse, presenting a round and elegant profile that makes it a real pleasure to drink.
Robust and well structured, it has ripe hedonistic fruit. Its nose has a welcoming aroma of stewed red fruits, fresh cherries, rose petals, and mushrooms. On the palate, the silky, velvety texture rounds out the experience with lasting fruit. You will swoon over this wine as it dances along your taste buds and has you coming back glass after glass.
