The Cabrols bottle several cuvées distinguished by different locations and soil types. The vines for this cuvée grow on a hillside at 250 meters above sea level in a red, stony, marl-limestone soil.
Brilliant robe with green tints. A young floral nose, a symphony of aromas blending citrus fruit and acacia flowers. Crisp and harmonious on the palate with grapefruit to the fore and the freshness characteristic of this varietal. Serve well chilled. Perfect with seafood, shellfish and fish dishes.
