Less known appellation of the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy, Pernand-Vergelesses offers wines that are often very balanced and very refined. Some of the Corton Charlemagne are in the commune of Pernand Vergelesses, showing the qualitative potential of the wines from this appellation, and in particular Pernand-Vergelesses Blancs.
With a sparkling yellow color that invites pleasure, the wine offers the nose a very complex bouquet that is both floral and fruity. Palate a beautiful roundness that accompanies aromas of wild flowers and dried fruits.
The delicate vinification in oak barrels brings structure and completes the aromatic palette with very subtle vanilla notes. This white wine from Burgundy appellation Pernand Vergelesses comes from one of the best estates of the Côte de Beaune, the Maratray Dubreuil estate
