This exceptional white Burgundy comes from a true benchmark producer of world-class Chassagne Montrachet wines..
Grapes fermented in stainless steel tanks and near the end of fermentation, the wine is transferred to small oak barrels to ferment dry and complete malolactic fermentation during barrel aging. Batônnage is used sparingly as the wines of Chassagne are already rich.n
On the nose this shows exotic aromas swirling with white and yellow fruit notes, opening to a palate of flavorful and juicy fruit, with apple, pear and citrus.
