Our Chasselas aged for 12 months on their lees until it is put into the bottles without any filtration. It conveys the virtues of the soil in a velvety, fresh, and slightly beading juice, wrapped in her beautiful satin dress?
Swiss wines are notorious for being very good quality, and also being very difficult to find! We were thrilled when one of our importers showed up with a sample of this white wine, made from the Chasselas variety. The wine is bright and fresh, with citrus, peach, and nectarine flavors and a distinctively savory, oxidative note.
