Domaine de la Pinardiere, a 40 hectares family-owned property, is located in Vallet, the heart of the appellation. Christophe Olivier is today the head of the estate that was created by his great-grandfather.
Vinified in small vats. Low temperature fermentation to protect the freshness. 7.5 months on lies in underground cellars. Soft and forward, it offers complex mineral and floral notes with hints of apples and citrus aromas. Very lively with a crisp acidity that balances its roundness. It ends clean, on a refreshing acidity.
