Dessert sparkling wine produced from selected Torrontés grapes, its natural sweetness is the result of a single fermentation in a pressure tank, interrupted when the alcohol reaches 8,5% ABV. The fact that it is under carbon dioxide since the moment of its birth until you pop the cork is key to preserve the natural flavors of the grape.
Fresh and fruity on the nose, it presents elegant notes of ripe peach and apricot. The natural sweetness is balanced by the zesty and refreshing acidity. 9.0 % alcohol
