Herzog Selection Description
Herzog Selection wines are all crafted by Pierre Miodownick, arguably the greatest Kosher winemaker in all France —and perhaps all of Europe. In his Brut Blanc de Blancs, he selects choice Chenin Blanc grapes from the Loire Valley where they are known for achieving perfect ripeness and making great sparkling wine.
That is what crafts this delicious, elegant cuvee that represents an outstanding value and authentic French elegance. The aromas offer rich apple and white flower notes, while the palate sings with citrus, pear and a yeasty complexity.
