"The 2013 Taurasi Bosco Faiano is very nice: softly contoured and round. The aromas are open and immediate with lots of soft and luscious fruit and good depth. You also get spice, leather and tobacco notes. The wine's overall feel is more international or contemporary with plenty of softness and succulence on the close. Some 8,000 bottles were made."

"Good deep red-ruby. Perfumed aromas of raspberry, chocolate-covered cherries, forest floor, coffee and hazelnuts. Sweet, dense and fresh on the palate, boasting clean, fine-grained red fruit and soil flavors. Finishes with outstanding length and an easy-to-drink quality. This was by far the best wine I tasted from I Capitani this year. Well done."
