Practicing organic. 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Gamay. From the lieu-dit "Les Autrots" in the village of Flagey-Echezeaux. Across the road from Clos de Vougeot. 70+ year old vines. Clay-limestone soils. 100% whole cluster. Indigenous yeast. Aged in 4-5 year old barrels. Unfined and unfiltered. Zero SO2 added.
