La Lecciaia Brunello di Montalcino 'Vigna Manapetra' is a fabulous effort. Showing a wonderful sensory profile, it releases lovely aromas of raspberries, currants and cherries complimented by fresh ginger and lemon peel. The palate is full-bodied with gorgeous tannins that are beautifully integrated. It continues to display excellent balance and it heads into the finish full of energy and character. Fantastic now, but should also evolve gracefully over the next decade and beyond.
