A Gavi del Comune di Gavi from a small Vineyard, influenced by coastal breezes from Liguria and surrounded by woods. This vineyard is certified organic.
This wine has a minerality upfront with lime zest, a hit of clay with light white peach and light yeast. The palate is moderate in weight with a flavor set of honeydew melon, white peach, some citrus and a clay-like minerality.
