Lo Brujo - Macabeo Calatayud 2021 (750ml)
This is one of the only 100% Macabeo wines in the world. The grapes are grown on 30 year old bush vines high in the mountains in Calatayud in the Aragon region of Spain. This is a small winery that farms small plots and retains the freshness of the grapes by vinifying in stainless steel. The high altitude gives a perfume of citrus, flowers, and spice. The bright, rich flavors and mineral notes are outstanding in such a well-priced, meticulously made wine.
