Spontaneous, snappy, fragrant and lively: this is the Franciacorta Brut branded "Mirabella", or in fact a blanc de blancs made from Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grapes, and left to mature in the bottle on the lees for at least 24 months.
Features: The color is light straw yellow, the bubble fine and persistent. Its initially floral scent is characterized by the memory of rose petals, with fruity tones that recall golden apple and banana, with nuances of bread making and yeasts. The taste is balanced and fragrant, with a good length and a slightly almondy aftertaste. Excellent as an aperitif.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif. Perfect for a good fried fish, and excellent with sautéed mussels or linguine with sea urchins.
