The Ostinato Fine Ambra Dolce is a sweet Marsala produced from late harvest Grillo, Inzolia and Catarratto and aged for 1+ year in barrel. Since the alto grado grapes are late harvest, their high natural ABV means the wines do not need as much mosto cotto or sifone, and thus express the underlying Marsala terroir better. Enjoy with classic blue-veined cheeses like Gorgonzola, cookies or coffee cake. It can also be used to make (or drink with) classic Italian desserts like tiramisu, zabaglione, cassata cake or cannoli.
