Big Salt is a dry, white blend that dreams of capturing the essence of Oregon in a bottle of wine. Fresh, bright aromas of sea spray typify this distinct white wine. The blend is made up of 50% Riesling, 30% Gewurtraminer, 12% Early Muscat, 5% Pinot Blanc, 2% Sauvignon Blanc and 1% undisclosed white grapes. As all white blends dominated by Riesling and Gewurtraminer should be the wine is fresh and mineral but backed up by tropical fruit and citrus.

This proprietary blend gives aromas of preserved lemon, white peaches, sea spray and grapefruit. The palate is vibrant and focused, with a mid-weighted mouthfeel and a textural, slightly phenolic finish.
