The 2015 Chardonnay gives a riper expression of pineapple, warm apricots and ginger with suggestions of cedar, cashews and brioche. Medium to full-bodied, rich, toasty and wonderfully spicy in the mouth, it offers a pleasant oiliness to the texture and a good, long finish.
Another terrific white from this estate. Sautéed apples, white flowers, toasty oak, and spice all flow to a rich, medium to full-bodied, nicely concentrated white that has good acidity, a fresh, focused style and impressive length.
