R. Prum - Essence Riesling NV (750ml)
Grapes are hand harvested in mid-October and undergo a gentle crush. The juice is fermented with cultured yeasts for several weeks in stainless steel tanks. It was bottled the following March under Stelvin closure to preserve its fresh, youthful character.
TASTING NOTES
Pale gold in color. Aromatic, with scents of apricot, green apple and white peach. Fresh fruit flavors perfectly balanced by a racy acidity and a fine, mineral character.
