This is a lively red wine that is gently fizzy and meant to be served cold. It has fruity flavors of strawberry and raspberry and hints of violets and roses. The name Otto Uve is a tribute to the native grapes of Campania that make up this blend: Piedirosso, Aglianico and Sciascinoso for 65% percent and the remainder a blend of Suppezza, Castagnara and Olivella. It is a fun fizzy food wine that is the perfect red for pizza. Think Lambrusco!
