Savvoglou Tsivolas Assyrtiko is a rare version of the Aegean Sea variety of Assyrtiko, cultivated in the volcanic soil of Limnos. Strongly influenced by the saltiness of the sea and the Aegean sun. An organic, aromatic, sinewy textured wine, combining marine minerality and salinity with citrus and green melon. Known as a “thalassitis” (made by the sea) wine.
