The 2018 Barolo del Comune di Serralunga d'Alba is an accessible and open-knit expression that builds in intensity as the wine spends additional time in the glass. Dark fruit and plum transition to potting soil and iris root. The wine shows structure and strength, but its power is well managed throughout.
