Orange wine Aged in wood Natural, Organic and Vegan. 12 months in French oak barrels used.
🛁 The grapes, harvested by hand, come from vines up to 50 years old located on red soil, fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts and maceration for about 1 month in wooden vats; ageing in almost exhausted wood for 1 year and finally bottling without filtering or clarification
👃🏻 Apricot marmalade and candied citrus fruit, dried fruit and wilted flowers, mineral and aromatic with hints of sweet spices and vegetable hints
👅 Fresh and with great persistence, savoury and refined, juicy, aromatic and with lively tannin
