The 2021 Bianco Sciccheria is spicy in the glass. Ginger and dusty dried flowers give way to crushed apples. It’s soft-textured with mineral-tinged orchard fruits and lemon offset by an enriching almond custard hint. This finishes a bit chewy yet fresh, leaving a citrusy concentration that puckers the cheeks. The Sciccheria Lazio Bianco is a blend of 85% Bellone and 15% Verdicchio.
