Grown from pristine, low-yielding vineyards in the South Australian wine region affectionately known as “The Hills”, this particular vineyard occupies a warm spot in an otherwise cool region and is perfect for Cabernet Sauvignon.
A dark ruby decorates the glass, with a slight pink tinge on the rim. The aromas are led by a powerful dark-plum note, embraced by layers of lilac and baking spice with freshly roasted dark espresso. The mouthfeel is silky and rich, with layers of chocolate-covered cherry, savory herb, and tight-knit tannins balanced by a cleansing acidity, all leading into a long finish.
