The Tselepos Mantinia is made from 100% Moschofilero, an extremely aromatic grape variety. The grapes undergo a pre-fermentation extraction and are fermented in tank at very low temperatures to ensure maximum extraction of fruit flavors. The wine displays wonderful notes of flowers, honey and ripe citrus fruit balanced by a fresh acidity and round mouthfeel. Enjoy with mahi mahi served with a mango salsa.
